We’re a husband-and-wife duo who share a passion for health and fitness. Our journey began in big-box corporate gyms, but we always dreamed of creating a space that reflected our values and vision. Recently, that dream became a reality — and we’re extremely excited to bring our core values to the community: treating every client like ‘Ohana’ (family) and sharing the aloha spirit through fitness.

Owner & Head Trainer
With 14+ years of experience, Ashley specializes in strength training, functional movements and mobility work to help clients move and feel better.
Her holistic approach combines corrective exercise, progressive overload, and movement education to build sustainable results and prevent injuries.
My vision and passion is to help as many people as I can through fitness. I strive to provide my clients with guidance on how to live and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I believe an exercise program is unique to each individual and should be personalized to fit their lifestyle. I also believe that you should incorporate activities you enjoy to do into your exercise program. For me that is hiking, jiu jitsu, climbing and basketball. Not only do I coach my clients through their weekly workouts but I also help them build consistent lifestyle changing habits that will aide their results. I look at the overall picture of what it takes which includes exercise, nutrition, sleep, and daily lifestyle choices.
As a former high school and college athlete, fitness has been a part of my life from an early age. My love for movement led me to earn both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Kinesiology while competing in basketball and track.
I began my career at 24 Hour Fitness, where I spent nearly a decade as both a trainer and Fitness Manager. Over time, I realized my true passion lies in teaching and working directly with clients to help them reach their goals.
After years of private training, I decided to bring my dream to life — creating a gym built on family values, community, and the belief that fitness should feel like ‘ohana’. Inspired by my daughter Alana, I wanted to build a space where people can grow stronger together, inside and out.

With 9+ years of experience, Kristian focuses on strength training, injury rehabilitation, injury prevention and maximize longevity and performance.
My passion for exercise and fitness started long before I became a personal trainer. I still remember the very first time I stepped into a gym as an 8th grader attempting to perform one rep of the bench press. Pushing that barbell up from my chest was one of the most challenging tasks I had done at that time and I remember being so sore the next day. After that day I felt motivated because it showed that I completed something difficult and I wanted to accomplish more.
Exercise from that point forward wasn't just about the results I achieved but it opened the door for me to build friendships and relationships. Becoming a personal trainer has allowed me to share my passion with others. My time in the Marine Crops taught me discipline and leadership which are qualities I now incorporate with all my clients.
I believe fitness should go beyond just looking good; it should improve how you live each day. I have worked my way up the past nine years starting as an entry level trainer at Crunch Fitness to becoming the top trainer at Equinox Sports Club and now I am building my own private practice to give clients a high level of personal attention and lasting results.
